Overview

The Village at North Creek Metropolitan District (“District”) was organized on November 19, 2019, as a quasi-municipal corporation of the State of Colorado.  The District operates pursuant to a service plan approved by Adams County Commissioners (Service Plan). The District was established for the purpose of providing the public improvements and services for the benefit of all inhabitants and taxpayers of the District. The District’s primary source of revenue is property taxes. The District is governed by an elected board of directors.
